Editorial Policy
This page explains how we choose, check, and update what we publish. It also shows what we do when facts change or a mistake slips through. We are an independent guide. We do not operate Florence Pasta Class, sell tickets, or control bookings, refunds, or availability.

We write for travellers who want clear help before they book. Our job is to compare food experiences in Florence, not to act as the official site for any class or tasting.
Where our facts come from
We use three main sources: official attraction or operator information, transport authority information when travel details matter, and the booking partner’s product data for bookable options. When they disagree, the most direct official source for that fact wins.
- Bookable details such as price, duration, what is included, and review counts come from the listing data for that product.
- Rules about access, meeting points, entrances, or travel links come from the attraction or the transport authority.
- If a fact cannot be checked, we leave it out or say it may change at booking.
How we choose and order products
We choose products that help a traveller compare format, food included, duration, and traveller feedback. Commission does not decide the order.
We may place one option above another because it better fits the search intent, gives clearer value, or answers the most common question first. Affiliate income never buys a better position or a better description.
How we treat prices, ratings, and reviews
Prices, ratings, and review counts can change at any time. We show them as starting points, not as fixed promises.
We use reviews as evidence. They help us test whether a class matches its listing and whether travellers mention the same strengths or problems. We do not quote reviews as if they were our own facts, and we do not edit them to improve a product’s image.
How we handle errors
We check and refresh pages when we spot a mismatch, when a partner updates a listing, or when a reader flags something that looks wrong. If we find an error, we correct it as soon as we can.
For anything that affects what you book, the booking provider’s own terms and the live product page govern the purchase. This page is for transparency and does not replace those terms.
Your rights and jurisdiction
Your consumer rights depend on where you live and which seller you book with. The seller’s terms and local consumer law apply to the booking itself.
If you are in the UK or EU, you also have data access and correction rights for personal data in many cases. Those rights usually sit with the party that handles your data, not with this guide.
Getting in touch
