- We cannot issue refunds. Contact the booking platform or operator shown on your voucher.
- We cannot change dates, times, or names on tickets. Use the provider’s account area or support channel.
- We cannot confirm entry, meeting points, or availability for a live booking. Check the booking confirmation or the operator directly.
- We cannot access third-party booking records. Use the company that sold the booking.
- We cannot handle provider cancellations. Follow the instructions in your confirmation email.

If you booked through a third-party platform or the operator’s own site, use the confirmation email first. Check the voucher, the manage-booking link, and the account or app tied to the booking. If you still need help, contact that provider’s support team.
How this site makes money
